Since we established the Corliss Johnson Memorial Foundation in 2004, we were committed to support cancer research. The Corliss Johnson Memorial Foundation has helped support numerous clinical research studies in cancer, with Dr. Mary Mulcahy and Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, making a difference in the lives of patients and their families.
The Corliss Johnson Memorial Foundation was recently honored by Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine's naming of the first Corliss Johnson Oncology Scholar within the Division of Hematology/ Oncology to help advance greater research.
Polina Khrizman, MD, is a native of Ukraine who has completed her internship and residency at Northwestern University. As the inaugural Corliss Johnson Scholar, Dr. Khrizman is pursuing a Fellowship in the Division of Hematology/Oncology at the Feinberg School of Medicine.As the Corliss Johnson Oncology Scholar, Dr. Khrizman hopes to continue her pursuit of Clinical Research, introducing innovative ideas to the oncology program at the Lurie Cancer Center.
